Why isn't my recent chargeback displayed on the ChargePay dashboard?
Some chargebacks may take time to appear in your ChargePay dashboard. Typically, disputes are ingested and displayed within 6 to 12 hours after we receive a notification from your payment processor.
If a chargeback was just issued, please allow some time for it to sync. If it has been more than 12 hours, feel free to contact our support team to investigate further.
