- Active Disputes: Number and total value of ongoing disputes that are unresolved
- Evidence Submitted: Disputes where ChargePay submitted evidence, with comparisons to prior periods
- Under Review: Disputes currently in review by banks or cardholders
- Disputes Recovered: Total value and number of disputes successfully won
- Disputes Created: New disputes opened during the period
- Estimated Savings: Operational time and cost savings due to ChargePay automation
- Intentional Fraud Rate: Percentage of disputes flagged as intentional fraud vs. friendly fraud
