Can I Choose Which Disputes ChargePay Responds To?
Yes, ChargePay gives you full control to manage individual disputes. You can decide which ones are handled by our automation and which ones you'd prefer to manage yourself.
How It Works
You can toggle the "Managed by ChargePay" switch on or off for each eligible dispute. When turned off, ChargePay will not submit a response or charge a success fee for that case.
Important: If you disable ChargePay's management, you are responsible for submitting evidence. Failing to do so will likely result in a loss.
Additional Notes
- You can only toggle off disputes that are open and awaiting evidence submission.
- Intentional fraud disputes cannot be managed by ChargePay.
- Whether the toggle is on or off, we continue to show all available dispute details, suggestions, and guidance.
This feature is designed to give you flexibility—without losing access to ChargePay's tools and insights.
If you’re unsure whether to self-manage a dispute, we recommend leaving it in ChargePay’s hands to ensure maximum win probability.
